🌿 Ceremony Setup Guide

Thank you for helping us bring this day to life!

🕒 Arrival Time & Check-In

When to Arrive:

  • Friday, September 26 – for prep and walkthrough (optional but helpful!)

  • Saturday Call Time: 9:00 AM sharp at Fern Forest Nature Center

Where to Check In:
Look for Rebecca near the venue entrance.

📋 Overview of Setup Areas

1. Ceremony Space

  • Seating:
    The first row is reserved for specific guests — see the printed seating list.
    @Jenn – Please wipe down the banquet seating.

  • Décor:
    Setup takes place Saturday morning.
    ➤ Minimal floral vases by each row
    ➤ “Reserved” signs placed on the first-row seats

  • Arch/Backdrop:
    Final positioning and touch-ups to be handled on-site (details in décor bin)

  • Sound:
    Mic and speaker setup for the officiant and any music — test before 1:00 PM

  • Water Station:
    @Debi – Set up a small table with bottled waters and cups near guest seating

2. Welcome Table (to be set up Saturday morning)

  • Mirror sign: “Welcome to the Wedding of Rebecca & Britinni”

  • Basket with programs, fans, tissues, and bug spray

  • Noah will be stationed here to greet and guide guests

📦 What You’ll Find On Site

  • Décor bins labeled by area (e.g., “CEREMONY – AISLE,” “WELCOME TABLE”)

  • Printed layout of the ceremony space

  • Task checklist with assignments for each person

🧹 Post-Ceremony Tasks

  • Collect and consolidate décor items into bins

  • Store bins upstairs or in the truck (location TBD)

  • Hydrate and pat yourself on the back… you’re amazing! 💪
